1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing SalesCord or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your workspace.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Every offer starts with a 7-day free trial, which you start by paying ₹1 to set up AutoPay. When the trial ends, the price of the offer you chose is charged automatically for its billing term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and again at every renewal until you cancel. Prices, including GST, are shown before purchase.
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use SalesCord lawfully, including obtaining any consent required to collect and contact the leads you manage.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you bring into SalesCord. You grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SalesCord's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding period.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance.
