A shared record makes buyer enquiries easier to follow: who owns the lead, what was discussed and what should happen next.
The challenge
Where good deals slip away.
The same few gaps cost sales teams in this industry every week.
- 01
Enquiries spread across channels
Your buyer enquiries arrive through forms, conversations and existing lists, making follow-up hard to coordinate.
- 02
Context lost during handover
Without a shared record, site-visit handovers depend on personal messages and memory.
- 03
No clear next action
An interested lead can go quiet when nobody owns the callback or records the due date.

FAQ
Questions we often hear.
Straight answers for teams in your industry.
Does SalesCord include a specialised real estate module?
These are examples of how the shared lead workflow fits your business. SalesCord manages enquiries, notes, statuses, assignment and tasks; it does not include a specialised ERP or industry operations module.
Can we tailor lead information and statuses?
Admins can configure statuses, tags and custom fields. Agree on status meanings with your team and record the details relevant to your enquiry process.
What can our team and clients access?
Admins set each member’s role and lead visibility inside a workspace. Client reviews use normal workspace memberships; a separate read-only customer portal is not included.
